PFA has worked extensively with the law firm of DLA Piper in Morocco, Georgia, Northern Africa and Central America. DLA Piper has wide-ranging experience in international and domestic project finance and related transactions, including significant experience in the electric power sector.

As sub-contractor and prime, PFA has assisted Parsons Energy and Booz Allen Hamilton in numerous assignments for US aid agencies such as the United States Agency for International Development, the United States Trade and Development Agency, World Bank and other MLAs.
